You don't have to be Superman to make a dent in Nashville's unemployment and homeless numbers.
We have over 35,000 unemployed people1 and over 28,500 homeless children in Tennessee.2
As an individual, we doubt our ability to have any effect on big numbers like that. You don't have to be Superman; anybody can make an impact in someone else's life.
My school, MBA, partners with Just.Glass—a curbside glass recycling program that employs the unemployed. We make a difference in two ways: reducing carbon dioxide emissions AND providing work for those who were homeless or unemployed.
Maybe you won't put a dent in the homeless and unemployment number, but you can make a difference in the life of another.
