Welcome to the MBA Sports Medicine page. This page provides links to a great deal of information of interest to athletes, parents, and the wider MBA community.
Sports Medicine at MBA:
MBA is fortunate to have a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer on staff at the school. In addition to our full-time Athletic Trainer, MBA also has an Assistant Athletic Trainer employed through the
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) who works with our Junior School teams and also helps in overall event coverage of MBA Athletic events.
Having a full-time Athletic Trainer at the school provides MBA athletes with the opportunity to rehab injuries before school, during lunch breaks, and immediately after school. The Athletic Training staff are able to provide timely medical care to our athletes, and when necessary, ensure that students get prompt medical care by coordinating services with our Sports Medicine Provider.
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) is the official Sports Medicine provider for all MBA Athletics. Dr. Chase Corn and Dr. Paul Crook ('05) are MBA’s Team Physicians. Their experience and expertise helps insure that our athletes receive care that is both timely and of the highest quality.
