What:MBA is offering age based introductory squash clinics. Squash is a dynamic and exciting racket sport played between two players on a 4-wall enclosed court. The sport combines eye-hand coordination, agility, tactics and physical conditioning, which makes squash a fantastic sport for recreational players, avid enthusiasts and any range in between.
Squash is a relatively new sport in Nashville, with MBA’s courts having been built in 2021. These clinics will cover the rules of the game and teach fundamental skills that will be used whether you play once a
year or every day for the rest of your life.
Coach Dylan Cunningham has a prolific background coaching all levels and ages. He has coached Amanda Sobhy (US National Champion and current world #4), Drexel and UPenn’s men’s and women’s teams, and all the way down to 5 and 6 year old beginners every summer in his hometown of Cleveland, OH for the past decade.
All interest and skill levels are welcome.
