Flag Football League

MBA’s Flag Football League gives boys across Middle Tennessee a safe and supportive environment to learn the game, compete, and grow. Our program emphasizes fitness, teamwork, communication, and leadership while providing a fun, non-contact alternative to tackle football. Whether your son is a first-time player or already experienced, he’ll build confidence, learn fundamentals, and develop a love for the game.

In Winter 2026, we kicked off an exciting new era with hundreds of boys competing on MBA's campus in a safe, supportive, and competitive environment. As we look to the future, we are excited to continue advancing the League forward!

Winter 2027 Information

MBA will once again offer the perfect place for your son to develop his football skills in a safe, supportive, and competitive environment with its Winter 2027 Flag Football League. Registration is NOW OPEN!

Registration Information
  • Individual registration only - Can request teammates, but not guaranteed
  • Cost: $235 per player
Location
  • Montgomery Bell Academy
  • Practices conducted on Indoor Turf (Outside if weather permits)
  • Games to be played Outdoors
Dates and Times
  • January 10th, 24th, 31st (No games MLK weekend)
  • February 7th, 21st, 28th (No games Presidents Day weekend)
  • March 6th
  • Practice to be conducted an hour before games
  • Specific times (between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.) to be set for each age group after registration is complete
Coaches and Officials
  • MBA Football players will coach the teams
  • Outside officials to officiate games
Format
  • 5 on 5
  • 10 players max per team
  • Rules to follow those of upcoming Olympics (Click here)
  • Season consists of 6 practices, 1 scrimmage, and 7 games
