In 2011 the MBA Honor Council worked very hard to revise the Honor Council Constitution — a task not undertaken since the original 1945 document. The student body ratified a new constitution during the 2011-2012 school year. There were no changes to the basic functioning of the Council, rather a much better explanation is given of duties, sanctions, etc.
