Benton Brown ('24) Awarded Scholar Athlete of the Year by The Tennessean

    
In a ceremony held last night at Marathon Music Works, recent MBA graduate Benton Brown ('24) was recognized as the "Scholar Athlete of the Year" during the USA Today Middle Tennessee High School Sports Awards.  While being a key player on both the basketball and lacrosse teams throughout his career at MBA, he was also an academic standout - completing 10 AP courses, 10 Honors courses, and receiving Cum Laude Society recognition.  Benton was awarded the "University Scholarship" at Clemson University, where he will be attending this fall.
