Big Red wins opener on the road

In a typical first game of the year, there was lots of enthusiasm, some good things, and lots of stuff to work on, but through it all, the Varsity Basketball team found a way to make some key plays late and pull out a 51-50 victory down in Bell Buckle against a talented Webb squad.  Neither team led by more than 5 at any point in the game.  Scoring was O'Neal (13), Die' (8), Chapman, Weatherford, and Rzasnicki 6 apiece, Switzer and Beach 4, and Black (3).  We tip it up again on Thursday at USN against another talented DII-A opponent.  Roll Red!
