Big Red Rides Fourth Quarter Run to Victory

The JV basketball team defeated Ensworth 71-61 on Friday night. The first three quarters were a competitive affair, but the Big Red were unable to finish a number of good looks and headed into the fourth quarter down five points. The final frame was a different story as the Big Red ripped off a 26-6 run on their way to thirty-two fourth quarter points. The run was keyed by a barrage of Bronson Wall and Bo Verner triples and an unselfish Loni Pughsley finding open guys and finishing well in traffic. 

 

Loni led the way with 20 points, and Bronson added 16. Bo also found double figures with 11.
